What do we do? We analyze WhatsApp export files (.txt or .zip) to generate metrics about conversation dynamics.

What do we NOT do?

• We do not store the content of your messages
• We do not store chat files on our servers
• We do not share information with third parties
• We do not have access to your WhatsApp account

Pro subscriptions are managed through PayPal. By subscribing:

• You will be charged $5 USD monthly (50% promotional discount)
• The subscription renews automatically each month
• You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account
• We do not offer refunds once payment is processed
• Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period

All visual content, code, and the WspWrapped brand are exclusive property. The following is not permitted:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing our code
• Using our brand or logo without permission
• Creating derivative or competing services using our system

WspWrapped is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Absolute accuracy of metrics
• Compatibility with all export formats

We are not responsible for:

• Personal decisions made based on metrics
• Interpersonal conflicts arising from use of the service
• Loss of data or files during processing
