By accessing and using WspWrapped ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description
WspWrapped is a data analysis tool that allows users to visualize statistics from their WhatsApp chats. The service processes exported files locally on the user's device or through secure in-memory processing, without permanently storing message content.
3. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is our priority. <strong>We do not read or store the content of your messages.</strong> The chat file is processed to extract numerical metrics (message count, emojis, times, etc.) and then discarded. Generated reports contain only these aggregated metrics and are accessible only through a unique link generated for you.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to analyze third-party chats without their explicit consent.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of the Service may require a one-time payment or subscription ("Premium Service"). Payments are processed through secure providers (such as PayPal). By purchasing the Premium Service, you agree to pay the fees indicated. No refunds are offered once the digital service has been delivered (the analysis has been unlocked).
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WspWrapped and its licensors.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WspWrapped, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
